Notary & Deeds
Sworn language support for notarial deeds and official declarations
In notarial acts, it is important that all parties involved fully understand the content of deeds and declarations.
As a sworn interpreter and translator, I provide support in notarial proceedings where one or more parties have an insufficient command of the Dutch language.
For notarial deeds requiring an interpreter, I act in accordance with Article 42 of the Notarial Profession Act and handle the oral transmission of the contents of the deed during the signing at the notary's office.
